The LEO-150D3 integrates the latest generation Full RGB digital camera for accurate visual simulation similar to the human eye.
Three-Attribute Color Analysis: Instead of simply identifying light and dark, the machine deeply analyzes color structure based on three mathematical parameters of the color spectrum: H (Hue), S (Saturation), and V (Brightness). This allows it to distinguish up to 16,770,000 different colors and detect even extremely microscopic color-changing particles.
Real-time Highlighting Feature: The LEO-150D3 automatically highlights defective areas of the material on the screen in real time. Operators simply touch the displayed defect point on the screen to initiate removal – a unique, intuitive, and easy operating experience.
Flat Conveyor Design Prevents Material Loss
100% Shape Protection: Materials remain stable on the conveyor belt sliding through the scanning chamber instead of falling freely or colliding with the trough walls. This completely eliminates the rate of cracking and scratching of product surfaces.
Ultra-Compact Size: The conveyor belt width of the LEO-150D3 has been refined to only 150 mm (half the width of the standard LEO-300 model), making it a mini sorting station that doesn’t take up much factory space.

Twin LED and Infrared Lighting (D3 Configuration)
The D3 designation represents the highest-end Full Color segment of the machine. The machine is equipped with a durable Twin LED (Top & Bottom) lighting system combined with a near-infrared (NIR) LED system.
